Issue
In v15123, the AMSI provider functionality was inadvertently activated for all customers. A subsequent hotfix has disabled this feature globally. On some devices, AMSI components may remain resident in memory preventing AMSI from fully unloading until the device is restarted.
Once the fix is validated, the feature will be reintroduced through a controlled rollout.
This change does not disable overall EDR protection. It is a temporary mitigation specific to the AMSI module.
