Datto AV integration status update

Introduction

This article provides essential information regarding how Datto AV manages and integrate its alerts.

Integration with Datto RMM:

If the Datto AV/EDR instance is integrated with Datto RMM, Datto AV alerts are also sent to Datto RMM (in addition to the alert being available in the Datto AV/EDR instance) and are visible as a part of Datto RMM Endpoint Security alerts. Refer to Endpoint Security alerts: diagnostic information in the Datto RMM Help system.

Alert notifications:

For broader visibility and custom handling, Datto AV can send alerts via two primary methods:

• Webhooks: You can configure Datto AV to send webhook notifications to any platform that can receive them. Refer to Creating Datto EDR webhooks.

• Email: Instant alerts can also be delivered via email, providing a straightforward way to receive notifications. Refer to Configuring email alerts.

Integration with RocketCyber:

• Datto AV is integrated with RocketCyber. The option to integrate will appear in the platform's Datto AV/EDR application section.
