Enhancements
Create exclusions from AV alerts for the assigned policy
You can now create an exclusion directly from a Datto AV alert for the specific Datto AV policy assigned to the device. This enhancement is in addition to the existing option to add an exclusion to the Universal AV Exclusion list.

Alerts Table - URL pre-filtering by Device ID
The Alerts table now supports URL‑based pre‑filtering by Agent ID, Device ID, or Hostname. This enhancement streamlines navigation from integrated platforms by automatically directing users to a filtered view relevant to the selected device or agent. For example, when viewing EDR alerts in Datto RMM and selecting Open in Datto EDR, the Alerts table opens with a filter applied to display only the alerts associated with the matching hostname.

Alert Suppression - Filter field & filterable columns
The Alert Suppression table under Policies now includes enhanced filtering options.
You can filter by:
- Organization
- Location
- Author
- State (active or inactive)
- Name
- Last modified date
These improvements make it easier to locate and manage alert suppression rules across environments.
Agents' public IP addresses displayed on the Device page
The Device details page now displays the public IP address of each agent, providing improved visibility into endpoint network information.
Fixes
- Resolved an issue that prevented organization mapping from Datto EDR to KaseyaOne. This issue caused organizations to not appear in the KaseyaOne Organization Dashboard or in modules that rely on organization mapping.
- Fixed an issue where the search bar in Policies > Alert Suppression did not return results when searching by rule Name.
