Upcoming Datto AV Signature Update — September 30, 2026
A larger-than-usual Virus Definition File (VDF) update is scheduled for September 30, 2026 as part of routine signature database maintenance. No action is required, updates are delivered automatically.
A widespread increase in false positives is not expected. However, as with any signature update, false positives cannot be completely ruled out.
