Bug fixes

  • In certain situations, agents were attempting to check and download updates to the Ransomware Detection engine at a higher than expected rate, which could cause the agent to become disconnected. Agents will now check for updates at a more predicable rate.

    IMPORTANT  You will need to manually enable agents that were impacted by this issue. In Datto EDR, navigate to > Admin > Agents. Re-enable any agents that are incorrectly in a disabled state.

  • This release resolves an issue that prevented analysts from writing notes with new lines and indentation on the Alert Detail and File Detail pages.

  • Under certain circumstances, some scans could take a long time to complete, even when scanning only one device. We have resolved this issue.

  • Agent restarts could fail when ransomware detection policies were enabled. It is now possible to restart the Endpoint Security agent on endpoints with active ransomware detection policies.
