Enhancements
We enhanced uninstall protection for agents by introducing encrypted uninstall tokens and a new workflow for managing uninstall passwords. You can now securely store and manage uninstall tokens, view historical tokens with timestamps, and rely on improved offline uninstall protection. These changes help ensure that only authorized users can remove agents, even when devices are offline.
Only Admin users can view historical tokens. To access them, go to Account > Admin > Settings > General. In the Uninstall Protection Settings section, expand View Historical Tokens.
New feature reminder
Smart Investigate
The Smart Investigate feature offers an AI interface with preloaded, one-click questions to help you analyze alerts. It automatically curates relevant queries and includes alert-specific metadata to provide clear feedback to users. The feature is provided for only the Rule Source alert type on the Alert Detail page. Clicking a question in the left pane displays key alert information in the right pane.

Resolved an issue where some Autotask-integrated clients received duplicate organization or location records with different IDs in automated billing exports. This fix ensures that only active, valid locations are included, preventing duplicate billing entries and improving the accuracy of your billing data.

Fixed an issue where certain Datto EDR billing types, such as "EDR Active Daily," "EDR Active past 30 days," and "EDR License in use," were not syncing daily to Autotask as expected. All billing types now sync reliably each day, ensuring your Autotask billing data is accurate and up to date.
