New feature

New VSAX workflow buttons

We are expanding our integration with VSAX, designed to streamline your workflow and reduce investigation time. New Web Remote and Open Device in VSA buttons are now available on the Devices page and the Alert Detail page.

This will eliminate the need to manually switch contexts or search for devices within VSAX, saving valuable time during investigations.

Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where some tasks in the UI were left open even though the action had completed on the endpoint. This was due to the agent not sending a complete action to the server. This has been resolved.

  • We identified an issue where DRMM was incorrectly reporting Datto AV as not up to date on Mac endpoints. We've updated the logic to ensure accurate status reporting, and Datto AV versions on macOS are now correctly reflected in DRMM.

  • We resolved an issue in the VSAX alerting logic where alerts could be sent even if they were not explicitly enabled in the VSAX integration settings within EDR. This occurred under certain conditions that bypassed the selected alert criteria. We have updated the alerting logic to strictly enforce the selected criteria.
