Announcement
Starting May 7th, 2025, the Datto Ransomware Detection and Ransomware Rollback services will be automatically upgraded to the .NET 8 framework. Our previous agents were built on older .NET frameworks which are no longer supported by Microsoft. NET 8 will remain supported until November 2026.

Enhancement
Additional filter options added to Quarantined Files table
In addition to filtering quarantined files by Host, Organization, and Location, you can now also filter them by Status - Quarantined, Deleted, Delete in progress, Restore in progress, Restored.
You can filter based on From and To dates as well.
Devices table menu options
All of the menu options available in the Devices table on the Devices page are now available in the Devices table menu on the Location page. Therefore, you can conveniently access the Devices table menu options from the Devices page or the Location page.
System notifications for completed AV file submissions
You can now receive a system notification once the review is complete for a file submitted through the Datto AV File Submission feature. Simply select Admin > Settings and in the System Notification Settings section, enable the Datto AV File Submission toggle.
Bug fixes
- Resolved an issue where adding domains to existing DNS Secure policies resulted in page errors for some customers.

In the updated Datto AV policy UI, we found that the character limit for defining an exclusion was restricted to 50. We have removed this limit to support longer exclusion paths.
