Enhancements
License usage displayed
With the introduction of license management in previous releases, you now have the option to view how many of your licenses are allocated. Navigate to Admin > Account to view the number of licenses in use versus the number in your subscription.
NOTE To avoid any service disruption, contact your account manager if you believe you will exceed your subscribed license count.
New Autotask ticket fields
The Autotask ticket integration includes three new fields for mapping. You can now map default ticket status, note type, and publish types. This improvement is useful if you attempted to integrate Datto EDR with a non-English Autotask instance, as static mappings are no longer used for some required fields.
Wildcards in Datto AV exclusions
Datto AV exclusions can now accept wildcards within the path. Wildcards can be used to identify a folder path that may include unique names, such as user folders. You can use the asterisk symbol to replace a folder name in the desired path.
EXAMPLE C:\Users\*\downloads\somefile.ext
Bug fixes
An issue causing some exclusions for Datto AV policies to not properly load on the endpoint has been resolved.
NOTE When it comes to exclusions, be sure to check the policy for correct spelling of the files and folders in the exclusion path.
