New feature

  • We've added pagination and the ability to manage and filter multiple alerts in a single operation on the Alerts page.

  • Administrators and analysts who leverage the RMM + EDR integration can directly access supported endpoints from the Alert Detail page. Additionally, you can use RMM's web remote capabilities to pivot to your Datto EDR's Alert Detail page. These enhancements eliminate extra remote access steps and help you respond quickly to threats.

Enhancements

  • With this release, users can now only edit or delete their own notes on the Alert Detail page.

  • To continue to deliver a consistent look and feel across all Kaseya modules, we've made small cosmetic enhancements to the Datto EDR user interface.

Bug fix

  • We've improved the flexibility of our ticketing integration by removing the requirement to map Autotask User-Defined Fields (UDFs) to EDR metadata fields.
