Endpoint Security Agent |

3.2.0 |
New feature
-
Now, you can create alert policies that will send email notifications to designated recipients if the rule matches specific organizations or locations. You can also create custom subject lines that include variables to surface specific details about the alert. To learn more, refer to Notifications.
-
With this release, Datto AV administrators can block the uninstall of the Endpoint Security agent by end users unless they provide a valid uninstall token. For more details, consult our Settings article.
Enhancements
-
Alert suppression rules now support Organization and Location fields. Including organizations or locations in suppression rules can help you accurately define the scope of the rule and aid in avoiding the creation of unintended global suppression rules. Refer to our Suppressing alerts article for more information.
-
Customers who leverage webhooks to send alerts can now include observable events, which are non-alerting behaviors detected by Datto AV. Note that activating this option will increase the number of alerts you receive. For additional details, review Creating Datto EDR webhooks.
Bug fixes
-
This release fixes an issue in which Datto AV exclusions could fail to be passed to endpoints, causing the related processes to continue to be blocked or quarantined by the Endpoint Security agent.
-
Previously, exports of the list on the Devices page only supported the endpoints in the current view, up to a maximum of 100 entries. Now, you can export the entire device list.
-
We resolved an issue that caused RMM synced devices to be assigned to incorrect locations. With this release, Datto AV will perform additional checks by verifying the RMM agent ID so that the device is always correctly assigned to the synced location.
