If you are a Kaseya 365 customer, you will use your Datto EDR or Datto AV module to power your Security component.

Kaseya 365 provides seamless access to core functions in Endpoint Management, Security, and Backup. These solutions are joined under one subscription, effortlessly integrated, and live with the unified interface experience of IT Complete.

Getting started with Datto EDR and Datto AV

To access Datto EDR or Datto AV as one of your Kaseya 365 modules, you have the following options:

• Click the Log in to Access link next to the module name in your Kaseya 365 welcome email.

• Log in to Datto Partner Portal. Refer to the next section, Accessing modules through Datto Partner Portal, for details.

IMPORTANT  If you don’t have a user account in your company’s Datto Partner Portal or EDR instance, your Admin will need to create one for you before you can log in.

Accessing modules through Datto Partner Portal

1. Go to auth.datto.com. The login page opens:

    

2. Log in using your Datto Partner Portal credentials.

3. Depending on your current access, you will see one of two pages when you log in:

   Admin page

   

   Account Selection page

   

4. If the Admin page opens, hover over your account name in the upper-right corner of the header and click Switch Account:

   

5. On the Account Selection page, click Continue in the Datto EDR instance tile.

IMPORTANT  To access Datto AV, you will use your Datto EDR module. Configure Datto EDR before configuring Datto AV.

6. The application opens, and self-guided onboarding will launch if this is your first time accessing the module and you are an administrator.
